Access to the outdoor space including fields, wooded trails, picnic area and play area.
Access to both indoor levels and bathroom excluding wine preparation area.
Tables and chairs can be rearranged on each floor or outside, but we ask that they not be moved from area to area.
You also have use to the conference system and TV on the wall of the main floor.

You may decorate with temporary decor. No nails, confetti or confetti balloons.
All decors must be removed by a time determined at the time of the contract signing.
A cleaning deposit of $250.00 in the form of an etransfer is required.
This etransfer will be returned when the undecorating and cleanup has been completed by the agreed upon time to the initial condition OR you may convert the $250 to a cleaning fee in advance.

Campfire available in front of the house (only accessible via the driveway) or near the barn after mid-November (only if the municipality has no fire restrictions and wind speeds are less than 20 km/hour).
We will provide firewood - $60.
- There is no smoking or vaping on the property.
- There are no pets allowed on the property.
- There is NO access to any other farm or private buildings on the property.
We need to have a contact person responsible for the group during the event.
There will be a walk through with that person before the event so that the person is familiar with the farm rules.
