Elderberry

Our elderberry wine is made with locally sourced elderberries from Champlain Harvest in Bourget, Ontario and Les Sureaux d’Irène in Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, Quebec, two producers committed to connecting people with food and nature.


Naturally rich in antioxidants and vitamins, elderberries may help support the immune system. The flavour is best described as lightly sweet, tart, earthy, and slightly bitter, 


If you enjoy Cabernet Franc, Merlot, or Pinot Noir (dry styles), you’ll likely also appreciate elderberry wine.


Ours is woodsy and floral, with dark fruit notes, at 11.6% alcohol and 3g sugar. Itand If you enjoy y with aged cheddar or parmesan, dark chocolate (70%+), and savoury dishes like roast beef or smoked duck.

Haskap

Our haskap wine is made with haskap berries grown and harvested at Les Fruits du Poirier, a permaculture farm known for cultivating unique “superfruits” you don’t typically find in local supermarkets. Each fruit is grown following permaculture principles that respect and enrich our nourishing earth.


Haskaps contain three times the antioxidants found in blueberries and are exceptionally rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.The taste of the haskap berry is often described as a blend of raspberry and blueberry, with a distinctive zing of vitamin C. 


If you enjoy wines like a semi-dry Riesling or a Provence-style rosé (slightly softer), you’ll likely also appreciate haskap wine.


Ours has a bright, fruity finish with a subtle hint of oak, at 9.9% alcohol and 9g sugar. It pairs beautifully with goat cheese, brie, or curds, dark chocolate, and savoury bites like prosciutto or roast chicken.

Chokeberry

Our chokeberry wine is made with chokeberries grown and harvested at Les Fruits du Poirier, a permaculture farm known for cultivating unique “superfruits” you don’t typically find in local supermarkets. Each fruit is grown in accordance with permaculture principles that aim to respect and enrich our nourishing earth.


Chokeberries are packed with vitamins C and B, along with potassium, calcium, and magnesium.They have a bold, tart flavour that’s balanced by a touch of sweetness. 


If you enjoy wines like Gamay/Beaujolais with a touch of residual sugar or Lambrusco Secco, you’ll likely also appreciate chokeberry wine.


Ours is tart, with a fruity aftertaste and earthy undertones, at 9.1% alcohol and 10g sugar. It pairs beautifully with blue cheese or aged gouda, dark chocolate, and savoury bites like steak bites or venison/salami.

Our cranberry wine is made with cranberries grown at Les Fruits d’Or, where organic cranberries are processed in the province of Québec. Les Fruits d’Or follows strict sustainable development practices, using methods that ensure unmatched quality in taste, texture, and colour.


Cranberries are a good source of various vitamins and minerals, along with unique plant compounds not found in other fruits. 

They’re best known for their tart, astringent flavour. 


If you enjoy wines like a semi-dry Riesling or a semi-dry Pinot Gris, cranberry wine is a perfect choice for you.


Ours is sweet and tart with a beautifully balanced finish, at 10.2% alcohol and 10g sugar. It pairs wonderfully with brie, chèvre, or curds, dark chocolate, and savoury dishes like turkey or ham.

Our apple wine is made with apples harvested right here at Les Vergers Villeneuve & Blueberry Farm, our fourth-generation farm, where we use organic practices and a variety of fermentation and aging methods to craft over twenty different fruit wines.


Apples are high in fibre, vitamin C, and various antioxidants. Their flavour can be sweet, tart, or a blend of both, depending on the variety, sometimes with subtle hints of spice.


If you enjoy wines like Vouvray semi-dry (Chenin Blanc) or a semi-dry Riesling, our apple wine is a perfect choice.


Made from 15 apple varieties, our apple wine is mild and fruity, at 11.2% alcohol and 11g sugar. It pairs beautifully with aged cheddar, smoked gouda, or curds, milk chocolate, and hearty dishes like pork chops/loin or sausages.

Our tomato wine is crafted using a small-batch winemaking approach to create something unexpected, fun, and seriously food-friendly.


Tomatoes naturally bring bright acidity and a savoury-sweet depth, with a flavour profile that can feel juicy, herbaceous, and lightly tangy, depending on the batch and finish.


If you enjoy wines like a semi-dry Pinot Gris, a semi-dry rosé, or a riper Riesling Kabinett, tomato wine is a surprisingly perfect match.


Ours is bold and smooth, at 12% alcohol and 18g sugar. It pairs beautifully with fresh mozzarella, parmesan, or curds, and is made for comfort foods like burgers, ribs, and pepperoni.

Our raspberry wine is made with berries harvested right here at Les Vergers Villeneuve & Blueberry Farm, our fourth-generation farm where we use organic practices and a variety of fermentation and aging methods to produce over twenty different fruit wines.


Raspberries are high in antioxidants such as quercetin and anthocyanins, and are a great source of vitamin C. They’re known for a delightful balance of sweetness and tartness, with aromatic, floral notes often reminiscent of rose and cherry. 


If you enjoy a semi-dry White Zinfandel/rosé or a semi-dry Gewürztraminer, our raspberry wine is an excellent choice.


Ours is sweet and vibrant, at 10.8% alcohol and 25g sugar. It pairs beautifully with brie, cream cheese, or curds, dark or milk chocolate, and savoury bites like soppressata or smoked ham.

Our cucumber wine is crafted using a small-batch winemaking approach to create a light, refreshing pour that’s perfect for easy sipping and warm-weather pairing.


Cucumber brings a naturally crisp, clean profile with a fresh garden feel, often tasting cool, lightly sweet, and gently herbaceous, with a bright, refreshing finish.


If you enjoy wines like Moscato d’Asti or a frizzante Moscato, cucumber wine is right up your alley.


Ours is bright and playful, at 6.5% alcohol and 27g sugar. It pairs beautifully with feta, chèvre, or curds, white chocolate, and savoury favourites like prosciutto or grilled chicken.

Red Currant

Our red currant wine is made with berries grown and harvested at Les Fruits du Poirier, a permaculture farm known for cultivating unique “superfruits” you don’t typically find in local supermarkets. Each fruit is grown in accordance with permaculture principles that aim to respect and enrich our nourishing earth.


Red currants are small but mighty, rich in vitamin C, fibre, and antioxidants. Their flavour is sweet, tart, and slightly acidic, often compared to cranberries, with a gentle hint of tannins that can create a light, mouth-puckering finish.


If you enjoy wines like a Riesling Kabinett (on the sweeter end) or a still Moscato, you’ll likely appreciate red currant wine.


Ours is sweet and tart with a crisp, clean red currant taste, at 9.6% alcohol and 30g sugar, with subtle notes of cranberry and cherry. It pairs beautifully with manchego, chèvre, or curds, dark chocolate, and savoury favourites like roast chicken or mild salami.

Blueberry

Our blueberry wine is made with berries harvested right here at Les Vergers Villeneuve & Blueberry Farm, our fourth-generation farm where we use organic practices and a variety of fermentation and aging methods to produce over twenty different fruit wines.


Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, fibre, vitamin C, vitamin K, and manganese. They’re naturally low in sugar and sodium, contain almost no fat, and are known for a flavour that’s sweet and slightly tangy with a hint of acidity.


If you enjoy wines like a Riesling Kabinett/Spätlese (lighter) or a Moscato, this blueberry wine is a perfect choice.


Made from a blend of five blueberry varieties, our blueberry wine is fruity and smooth, at 8.2% alcohol and 35g sugar, with notes of blueberry jam and a lightly tart, earthy finish. It pairs beautifully with blue cheese, brie, or curds, dark chocolate, and savoury favourites like smoked ham or pâté.


Pear

Our pear wine is made with pears harvested right here at Les Vergers Villeneuve & Blueberry Farm, our fourth-generation farm where we use organic practices and a variety of fermentation and aging methods to produce over twenty different fruit wines.


Pears are particularly rich in folate, vitamin C, copper, and potassium, and they’re also a great source of polyphenol antioxidants. Their flavour can range from tangy to sweet to lightly spicy, with textures that can be crisp, buttery, or somewhere in between.


If you enjoy wines like Moscato or a Riesling (Kabinett/Spätlese range), our pear wine is a perfect match.


Ours is fresh, aromatic, and fruity with balanced sweetness, at 8.2% alcohol and 35g sugar, featuring delicate spice notes and a floral bouquet. It pairs beautifully with brie, gorgonzola, or curds, white or milk chocolate, and savoury favourites like prosciutto or pork terrine.

Dandelion

Our dandelion wine is made with dandelions harvested right here at Les Vergers Villeneuve & Blueberry Farm, our fourth-generation farm where we use organic practices and a variety of fermentation and aging methods to produce over twenty different fruit wines.


Dandelion is a rich source of phenolic acids, flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals. Similar to chicory and endive, it has an earthy, slightly bitter taste.


If you enjoy wines like a sweet/semi-dry Gewürztraminer or a lighter late-harvest Riesling, our dandelion wine is definitely for you.


Ours is sweet with citrusy, gingery notes, a gentle bitterness, and a hint of honey, at 10.3% alcohol and 40g sugar. It pairs beautifully with triple-cream brie, chèvre, or curds, white chocolate, and savoury favourites like prosciutto or pâté.

Peach

Our peach wine is made with peaches harvested from the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario, a region responsible for about 90% of the province’s peach production. Brought to North America by Spanish explorers in the 16th century, peaches have thrived in Niagara, where the area’s temperature variations help create exceptional flavour.


Peaches are low in calories and fat, while still being rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Yellow peaches are known for their sweetness with a hint of tartness and a bright, aromatic bouquet, while white peaches offer a creamy, subtly sweet profile with pale, almost rosy flesh.


If you enjoy Moscato, a sweet Pinot Gris, or a lighter Riesling Spätlese, we think you’ll appreciate our peach wine as well.


Ours is fruity and aromatic, at 10% alcohol and 40g sugar, with a light peach flavour and a touch of tartness that balances sweetness beautifully. It pairs wonderfully with burrata or brie, mild gouda, or curds, white chocolate, and savoury favourites like prosciutto or grilled chicken.

Our strawberry wine is made with strawberries grown and harvested at Just Farms, a family-run vegetable and strawberry farm in North Glengarry, Ontario, known for exceptional customer service and high-quality produce.



Strawberries are packed with antioxidants and essential nutrients, and they’re loved for their naturally sweet flavour. The freshest strawberries offer a fragrant bouquet, with flavour notes that can range from pineapple to tree fruits like apple and pear.


If you enjoy a semi-dry rosé or a Brachetto-style wine (sweet red/rosé vibe), our strawberry wine is a perfect choice.


Ours is sweet but not overly sugary, with a bright hint of acidity, at 10.9% alcohol and 42g sugar. It pairs beautifully with brie, mascarpone, or curds, milk chocolate, and savoury favourites like prosciutto or salami.

This blend is fruity and refreshing, with a delicious balance of sweet and tart flavours, ripe, juicy strawberry notes brightened by rhubarb’s zesty, slightly tangy finish.


If you enjoy a semi-dry rosé or a semi-dry to sweet Riesling, this combination wine is a perfect choice.


Ours is vibrant and smooth, at 11.1% alcohol and 42g sugar. It pairs beautifully with goat cheese, brie, or curds, dark chocolate, and savoury dishes like pork or smoked ham.

Rhubarb is a good source of antioxidants, vitamin K, and fibre. It’s famously very tart, crunchy like celery when raw, and soft once cooked.


If you enjoy wines like a late-harvest Riesling or a moelleux-style Chenin, our rhubarb wine is a perfect match.


Ours is sweet and tart with lemony, floral notes and a pleasant acidity, reminiscent of homemade lemonade, at 11% alcohol and 56g sugar. It pairs beautifully with blue cheese, chèvre, or curds, white chocolate, and savoury favourites like smoked sausage or pâté.

This is an after-dinner treat that should be enjoyed iced, with a rich, velvety sweetness that lingers like a special occasion.


If you enjoy Icewine styles or love a Tokaji Aszú vibe, our Autumn Pleasure is the perfect choice.


With bold notes of prunes, molasses, caramel, berries, chocolate, and spices, it sits at 10.6% alcohol with 140g sugar. It pairs beautifully with aged cheddar, blue cheese, or curds, alongside dark chocolate, and rich bites like prosciutto or pâté/terrine. For a show-stopping finish, serve it in a small dark chocolate cup as a digestif, or drizzle it over vanilla ice cream.

Our Mapleberry dessert wine is made with maple syrup sourced from La Ferme St. Malo in St. Pascal Baylon, Ontario, pure cranberry juice from Les Fruits d’Or (Québec), and apple cider produced from 15 apple varieties harvested right from our orchards at Les Vergers Villeneuve & Blueberry Farm.


Mapleberry can be enjoyed mulled or iced, making it an easy favourite for cozy nights or a chilled after-dinner pour.


If you enjoy Icewine-style sweetness or love a Tokaji-style vibe, Mapleberry is the perfect choice.


With rich notes of caramel, toffee, vanilla, and butterscotch, balanced by a hint of tart fruit, it sits at 10.5% alcohol with 141g sugar. Garlic Scape

Our garlic scape wine is made with garlic scapes cultivated and harvested at Ferme François & Lucie Gour in Curran, Ontario, where a variety of fresh vegetables, garlic, preserves, and trees are grown.


Garlic scapes are an excellent source of manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and selenium. Their flavour is often described as a mild mix of garlic, onion, and scallions. 

Sweet, fresh, and less pungent than garlic cloves, with a texture similar to asparagus.


If you enjoy bone-dry Sauvignon Blanc or crisp sparkling styles like Brut Nature / Extra Brut, this wine is a perfect match.


Bold and aromatic, our garlic scape wine is completely dry at 8.7% alcohol and 0g sugar. It pairs beautifully with goat cheese, feta, or curds, and savoury plates like grilled sausages or charcuterie, and it’s also fantastic for cooking (think salad dressings, shrimp or scallops, risotto, and pasta).


 Tip: for best results, combine it with an equal amount of olive oil and your choice of spices.
